Established in 2007 by Brian Hermelin and Kevin Prokop, with the support of Dan Gilbert, founder of Rocket Mortgage, we are a private equity platform with a distinct investment philosophy focused on building businesses to create value over the long-term. Our platform combines the flexibility of a financial sponsor with the benefits of a strategic partnership, allowing us to accelerate growth and profitability.

Portfolio Resources Group
Our Portfolio Resources Group acts as a central source to help each of our partners to navigate the additional resources available. This “connecting of threads” is a key element of the culture at Rockbridge and throughout the Rock FOC. The Portfolio Resources Group is available to work with each of our teams to help clarify a long-term value creation plan that identifies the key strategic, operational, and financial characteristics of the business to build value.
Who We Partner With
We focus on investments in service businesses, specifically companies that compete in large and growing markets that have a differentiated and defensible service or technology with a proven history of success.
